Professional Experience:

After extensive broadcasting activities with KOVO and KFMC-96 FM and a successful "accepted for filing" with the Federal Communications Commission of an application for a radio station for Orem, UT as President of KORM, Inc, Mr. Brosnahan continued his professional communications career in the visual spectrum as Manager of Scoreboard Animations-KSL, Inc./Deseret News. While at KSL-FM he declined the position of Assistant Station Manager of KMBZ-FM in Kansas City, MO to continue in the visual spectrum as the National Marketing Development Specialist-American Sign & Indicator Corporation; Electronic Systems Specialist-Federal Sign division of Federal Signal Corporation (NYSE); President-Media & Management Representatives; National Manager Electronic Systems-Heath & Company division of Fischbach Corporation (NYSE); Corporate Manager of Electronic Systems and Sales Manager of the largest division of Young Electric Sign Company (YESCO); President-BEE™; Vice President-Integrated Systems Engineering, Inc., currently a division of Trans-Lux (AMEX); Chairman of the Board-Soft Arts Corporation™; Corporate Sales Specialist and Sales Trainer-Young Electric Sign Company (YESCO); Western Regional Manager-Trans-Lux Corporation and Fairtron Corporation division of Trans-Lux Corporation; currently, the Regional Vice President of White Way Sign and Maintenance Company

Mr. Brosnahan received a 1988 Golden Spike Award of Merit, Special Projects Miscellaneous from PRSA and IABC for BEE™'s "Snowbird Ski Run, Lift and Line Length Status and Information System." American Sign & Indicator Corporation purchased the patent rights. He received a 1985 award from IEEE for Outstanding Public and Community Service for his design and application of electronic message centers and meters for local and national telethons.

Mr. Brosnahan returned to YESCO in June 1989 when electronic display sales were 49% behind plan and finished out the remaining seven months 49.9% ahead of plan-an increase of 98.9%! Sales increased 39.3% over previous year the year Mr. Brosnahan was Sales Manager of the Salt Lake Division. Mr. Brosnahan completed partial year Final 1996 as the number three ranking by goal attainment and First Quarter 1997 number two ranking (number one ranking by actual sales dollars) in a field of 39 at Trans-Lux Corporation.

Concurrent to above, Mr. Brosnahan was the Director of the Utah Salt Lake Area Public Communications Council for eight years and the Assistant Director for California Los Angeles and Utah Salt Lake Areas Public Communications Councils for five years.

Education:

Graduated with a B.A. in Communications (Advertising-Public Relations, Business Management-Marketing and a teaching minor in German) from Brigham Young University http://www.byu.edu/. Continued as a candidate for a M.A. in Communications. Attended the University of Utah and Whittier College. Accredited by the Public Relations Society of America (APR) http://www.prsa.org/ , Certified Lease Professional (CLP), and Certified as an Engineering-In-Training (EIT) and candidate for Professional Engineer (PE)-Electrical Discipline in the States of Utah and Colorado. Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc http://www.ieee.org/. General Electrical-Structural, Sign (S-440) Contractor in Utah, YESCO's qualifier for many years. Brosnahan was the Associated Student Body President of El Rancho High School, Pico Rivera, CA and graduated in Mathematics in 1962.

Background:

Timothy Brosnahan married Gayle Ann Barley of Montrey Park and Lake Arrowhead, CA in the Salt Lake Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints http://www.lds.org/. Mrs. Brosnahan is a certified Utah elementary school teacher and teaches at Indian Hills Elementary School in Salt Lake City, UT. They are the parents of ten children, ages 31-11 years. They have nine grandchildren and two grandchildren "in the oven."

Brosnahan and his four sons are Eagle Scouts in the Boy Scouts of America. Brosnahan served a two-and-one-half years mission and was the director of the European Information Service in Berlin and Northern Germany for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He currently serves as the Stake Clerk in the Utah Salt Lake Monument Park North Stake Presidency.

Brosnahan was born in Long Beach, CA. He has resided in Lead, SD; Compton, CA; Pico Rivera, CA; Berlin, Germany; Provo, UT; Orem, UT; BelAir, CA and Salt Lake City, UT.
